We hope this message finds you well. We wanted to inform you that the budget for the current fiscal year, ending on June 30, 2026, has been passed by the Mayor and Council. As a result, there will be some changes to our rates, effective September 1, 2025. We will be implementing a list of rate increases. These changes are essential to ensure timely and efficient payment processing for all our customers.
Key Changes to Note
- Late Penalty Fee: The late penalty fee will now be 20% instead of 15%.
- Nonpayment Fee: The nonpayment fee will increase from $45 to $60.
- Payment Deadline: To avoid these penalties, we kindly remind you to make your monthly payment on the 21st before 5 pm. If the 21st falls on a weekend, you will have until the next business day to make your payment.
- Tap and Installation Fees: We are adjusting our tap and installation fees to better serve our customers.
Please be advised that these changes will be reflected in your September bill.
